We bring together three key areas – Planning, Cost and Commercial, and Project Control – to provide everything you need for successful project delivery. Regardless of your project’s complexity, from scoping to close out, our teams will work together to meet your unique requirements.
Planning and Scheduling
Our Planning Team will work side by side with the Cost and Commercial Team to manage the scheduling of your project. They will generate programmes which will accurately represent your status of works, allowing you to effectively implement change control and ensuring that time allowances aren’t eroded. By providing detailed, relationship-level analysis, the team will generate reports to help you proactively avoid potential delays to the completion date.
Cost and Commercial
Our Cost and Commercial Team will cover every financial aspect of a project, managing change and risk, ensuring your budgets remain healthy and that funding is available when required. We will work with you to implement scope change controls so that you hold onto the benefits, and eliminate unnecessary scope creep. We will implement monthly reviews, forecast the future out-turns and provide periodic baselining, as well as trend-analysis, to identify potential issues before they become reality.
Our Project Controls Team will implement reporting, monitor tolerances and help you resolve any escalated issues. We are able to tailor our reporting systems to seamlessly integrate with your existing accounting system. Using our ProCon Data Visualisation suite, we will generate user-friendly reports tailored to the needs of project members and wider stakeholders, to ensure everyone is fully informed of progress. Over the course of the project, the team will also capture and share ‘lessons learned’ during your project, to allow you to improve efficiencies in future implementations.
